at this site about myself and what you can expect when
you utilize my services. You will see that I aim to please,
so if you do not see one of your specific needs listed,

SECURITY
When your away you want peace of mind that your home,
belongings and loved ones (pets) will be in the safest
care. I will care for your home and loved one(s) as though
they were my own.
CLEANLINESS
I am very clean and neat. There will never
be any strangers in your home or on your property. Not
only will you come home to find your home clean and neat,
but I can also take on special projects. Want your closet(s)
re-organized in a special waym but just haven't had the
time? What about that home office? Do you need you office
re-organized? Filing done? Just ask me for more info.
PET
CARE
I will care for your pets like they were my
own. Does your pet need to go to the vet or to their groomer?
Does your pet love play time? I will make sure your pet
is kept happy and healthy while your away.
MISC
SERVICES
Pay bills, run errands, review mail, gardening,
lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, phone messages, etc.
PAYMENT
There are many flexible options. In many cases
caring for your home will either be at no cost or a minimal
cost of airfare/trainfare to your area. This is because
you will be giving me an opportunity to visit and experience
a new area within or outside the US.
LOCATIONS/DURATION
Please let us know your location and the duration
you require. Extended stays are welcome.
PERSONAL
INFORMATION
I am single, 37 years old, and have been in
the event planning and transportation industry for the
last 10 years. I have a degree in Computer Science from
Albany Business College and have had a career as an IT
Specialist for most of my working life. I now spend my
time enjoying hobbies and on small business projects.
LANGUAGE
English. I plan to learn other languages as
I travel and visit various areas.
